Michaela is a chartered town planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. She is also the Director of Mercer Planning Ltd a planning consultancy based in Windsor and has over 30 years of experience in the planning profession.
Having spent over 25 years in Local Planning Authority planning teams in London and the South East at Principal Officer and Managerial Level she has extensive experience in planning, development management and planning enforcement matters.
Michaela is also a Padel enthusiast.
